I really enjoyed it this book and it was written beautifully.
The story is based on Harleigh and Shaun. Shawn is in a car accident and it doesn't look good for him but Harleigh is feeling guilty as just before his accident, they both had a big argument so Harleigh feels a like it's her fault. She stays by his bedside until he finally wakes up. They face a load of challenges after he wakes, as Shaun has to go through lots of physio and things to get him back to 100%.
I loved that they were a lot of pieces written about there past. It tended to jump from the present time to the past but it worked really well and i felt like i understood the Harleigh and Shaun a lot more, especially as Shaun was on drugs and an alcoholic when he first met Harleigh and you get to read about how there relationship went while Shaun was coping with keeping clean.
Really enjoyable book and i'm was 100% hooked and couldn't read it fast enough to find out what happens. Highly recommend to anyone, this book is awesome!
After almost three years together, Harleigh Murphy wants nothing more than to marry Shaun Parker, despite all the baggage he carries. But when Shaun tells Harleigh he wants to spend the rest of his life with her, she panics. Her response sets off a chain of events that leaves everyone wondering if Shaun can ever be the man Harleigh fell in love with again. "Glimpses" tells the stripped-down story of Shaun's and Harleigh's past and present, from when they fell in love to their struggles to get their relationship back on track.
