~ Review ~
This book was a lovely read about Holly and her
estranged husband Brant. The story was
about how they put their life back together after a tragic loss. The sub characters in this novel were very
interesting, I found Sloane to be a little overbearing, but all in all that was
her character, and she was instrumental in getting the couple back together.
The book was a holiday read, as it’s timed over Christmas and the New Year,
with a New Year wedding. There was an
aside with Brant’s best friend Chris, who actually turned out to be a nasty
piece of work.
I enjoyed the book and gave it 3 and a half
stars. The book was well written with
only a few minor editing issues. Probably the biggest issue is the formatting
of the book which I found a little frustrating at times.
If you enjoy a holiday romance, then I would
recommend this book.
I received an ARC copy of this book for an honest
review.
