Truly brilliant book. I am a major fan of vampire books and what's not to love about Robb. The sexy, bad boy, playboy hottie vampire!!
Robb was turned when he was very young and he is now four hundred years old, is a billionaire and is a major playboy. Liz is a young, intelligent student who is with her friend Jenny a chemistry lab, working for Robb Chatham. There is chemistry between Robb and Liz from the moment they meet but Robb doesn't want to fall in love but as you all probably can guess, it wouldn't be a romance if Robb doesn't realise that he loves Liz. Which he does!! The problem between them is Robb is a vampire and he doesn't know how Liz will react or if it would be safe for Liz to know.
I did feel that the book progressed rather slowly and i would have loved to have known more about Robb's past and all more about Robb and Liz as a couple. It took ages for them to get together and i thought they wasn't enough of Robb pursuing Liz or Liz pursuing Robb. Overall though, i did really enjoy it and i have read quite a lot of Aubrey Rose's books and they are all really great. Did love both characters, especially Robb!! very very sexy vampire! Definitely recommend!
