This book had me sucked it from the start. I not really a big fan of one women and two men competing for her but I was pleasantly surprised with this book.
Layla is a strong, feisty and really independent college school. She starts college at Long Beach and then when she meets Ollie who lives across from in the dorms. He's a wannabe rockstar, funny,adorable and they hit it off from the start. Then Layla gets a job at a coffee shop and meets Jared who is a young, successful businessman who gets her heart fluttering.
I really love this book and I couldn't help but root for both lads. I couldn't choose. Reading the book you find out a lot about the two men is Layla's life and I never which one she would choose. Some places in the book I found really funny and other parts were really cheesy but it worked well and it was another book that i just couldn't put down. There is a novella that I recommend you read after this called Last Christmas as it is from Ollie POV and continues the story after this book. Burning up book 2 is out now and I can't wait to read it!
