~Review~
This book turned out to be something different to what I
expected, but I really enjoyed this short read, it was like a breath of fresh
air!
Eve has just been dumped by her fiancé after he cheated and
got another girl pregnant. Eve was drowning her sorrows at a coffee shop when
she meets Nick Christmas (yes that’s his last name) and she extends an offer to
him that he just can’t refuse, she has two tickets to paradise she booked
earlier and she still wanted to go so she asks Nick. And so starts a wonderful
story about Eve rediscovering herself and making herself happy instead of
worrying about what other people want her to do.
I loved the characters, Nick and Eve you could just feel the
connection between them. It held me through the whole story even though it is
short I still connected with the characters and hung on every word of the
storyline. Such a beautiful Christmas story!
I cannot wait to see how this turns out in the next book!
